Here is an excellent opportunity for a senior software engineer to be involved in design and development of diverse parts of a DTV system. The majority of this software shall be implemented in Java and C++, system design with UML. You will also be involved in developing internal design specifications and work from existing internal design specifications and international standards. You will be involved in assisting other team members and become a technical authority in digital TV Java application environments. You should have significant experience of real-time or embedded software development with some excellent skills in Java and JNI for embedded multi-tasking systems. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and passionate about problem solving and prepared to develop their skill set across diverse software environments. You should have design experience with UML : experience of modern software design processes and methodologies. It is desirable if you have excellent knowledge of the MHP, DVB or other broadcast standards and previous DTV development experience.
